Commencing her journey with Transitions in 2012 as a registered nurse, Jen has meticulously cultivated her clinical expertise and leadership acumen over the years.
Her adept management extends across diverse teams, overseeing crucial facets such as intake, education, quality assurance, and clinical teams. Jen’s extensive nursing background spans pediatrics, emergency medicine, trauma, and hospice, reflecting a breadth of experience that informs her comprehensive approach to healthcare.
A distinguished academic, Jen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in biology from DePaul University, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in nursing from Purdue University. Her academic achievements shine with summa cum laude honors in both undergraduate and graduate studies, alongside her membership in the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
