Her background is in clinical operations, business development, mergers and acquisitions, contract management, workflow design, change management, strategic development, and leadership development. She has worked in the healthcare field in home health, hospice, palliative care and house calls.
She has developed workforce optimization, contact center assessments, referral management, initiation of revenue cycle, designed and implemented home-based primary care program, and embeds customer service engagement into the agency vision. Her love for metrics and dashboards has allowed organizations to increase their efficiencies while increasing their census. She is passionate about end of life care and educating those she comes in contact with.
